Rich Eisen worked for ESPN from 1996 to 2003 as one of the hosts of SportsCenter, where his pairing with Stuart Scott was enhanced with humor. It was clear that he was born to host, and when the NFL Network formed in 2003, he was the first on-air talent.

Still employed by the NFL Network, Eisen has been used as a studio and in-game analyst, but he has also branched out with his own sports talk show (2014), which has also had many guests from the entertainment field.
